Juniper berries are most commonly thought of what makes gin - GIN, but it's also used in savory Alpine and holiday dishes to bring forth a fresh citrus, pine flavor. We make our Elixir from crushing and cooking down organic juniper berries from Oregon to create a rich flavor that lends wonderful flavors to drinks.
